Eligibility for Return & Exchange

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, you are eligible for a free return or exchange.

Customer-Initiated Exchange

  • If you wish to exchange a product for personal reasons (such as size or style), the exchange is allowed.

  • In case of return & exchange, the customer shall be liable to pay the delivery charges of both, (dispatch and return shipments).

  • Refund Deduction:
    For returns or exchanges, a 500 PKR deduction will be applied to cover processing and restocking.
